The blonde whirlwind from Berlin, our Aileen, is fun for everyone and likes to travel to foreign countries. She is particularly fond of the UAE and that is why Dubai has been her home for 8 years. With her refreshing and uncomplicated manner, she inspires our guests anew every day.
Bilal is the face behind Sindbad Tourism. As managing director, he personally takes care of our guests, especially when it comes to coordinating the groups and ordering Burj Khalifa tickets. Bilal has been in Dubai for 25 years and has been in the tourism business from the start.
If you book a safari with Platinum Heritage, you will get to know Eslam as soon as you arrive in the desert. If assigned to you, he will take care of you from the beginning to the end of your stay in the Desert Conservation Reserve. When it gets dark he can explain everything about the starry sky to you.
Yasir has been with Platinum Heritage from the start.
