The world exhibition Expo will take place in an Arab country for the first time in 2021. The Emirate of Dubai in the UAE clearly won the award procedure in November 2013 against the Russian city of Yekaterinburg. The name “Expo 2020” remains, the expo was only postponed due to Corona.
The big expo takes place every 5 years, lasts 6 long months and attracts many millions of visitors. The motto of the Dubai Expo is: “Connect the spirit and build the future“.
The first Mega Event Expo took place in the United Kingdom in London in 1851. The UAE will also celebrate its golden anniversary in 2021, the United Arab Emirates will be 50 years old.
More than 190 participating countries will be represented with their own pavilion.

The exhibition area is around 2 square kilometers. The real heart in the middle of the area will be the “Al Wasl” square. From here there are 3 zones with thematically different areas.
3 subject areas: opportunity, mobility and sustainability. The UAE Pavilion will be located right next to the golden mean “Al Wasl”. The Expo area will be accessible via 4 entrances.
